      Location intake

A location cannot be sourced against until it has a map point, a service zone with a real pin, a vendor-visible site contact, and arrival + parking notes. Anything less sends a vendor somewhere they cannot actually serve.

      Webhook subscriptions

External systems that receive Rolling Menus events over HTTPS. No delivery worker is deployed yet — nothing here sends an HTTP request — this manages the subscription registry a future worker would read from.

      Dead letters

Deliveries that exhausted every retry (10 attempts, backoff to 6h apart). Requeue re-arms one for the next attempt — there is still no worker to actually send it until one is deployed.
